Checking in with my bridesmaids on their dress color choices from Everest base camp was something I’ll never forget. Thank goodness we had LTE there so we could pull off this mismatched but cohesive bridesmaids dress look. Planning my wedding was so much fun! It was something I had been dreaming of for so long. It happened at the perfect time in my life. It took me a long time to accept and love the part of myself that loves to wear dresses and twirl around in chiffon. It took me a long time to accept that I can be a feminist and want to be a bride and a wife. Gender equality is all about honoring the best parts of everyone.
