Progress. 6.5 weeks post ACL reconstruction surgery and my knee is feeling strong and stable. Pilates has been one of my secret weapons. It’s a wonderful, low-impact way to work on strength and stability. It really helped me prepare for Everest/Chomolungma without an ACL, and it’s been super helpful as I learn to use my leg and fire my quad with the new ACL.
