It’s hard to believe we are heading back to the Himalayas in two months to climb (and I will ski) Everest with @alpenglowexpeditions! I can’t help but feeling an intense wave of butterflies. Between fundraising, training and logistics, I have a full plate. It is, at times, completely overwhelming and stress-inducing, but I’m trying to stay focused and to continue ticking away at the to-do list. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀A little more about our climb: we are going to Everest to #ClimbForEquality to talk about the role that men and people of all genders can play in supporting women’s leadership, in the mountains and beyond. Because advocating for women’s equality is not only a woman’s job. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀Stay tuned as we continue our preparations and roll out more… I’m excited to take you on our adventure.
