It isn’t easy to write about struggles with ADD, depression and anxiety, or about mental health in general. It’s hard for me to let go of the feeling that openly struggling shows that I am inadequate or broken. These are uncertain times right now that are testing us all. I’ve seen life coaches, counselors and psychiatrists, but one of the most helpful people I’ve worked with is @jessamunion. She is the founder of @rocksteadybw and is a wellness advocate, bodyworker and leadership guide specializing in the strategic use of ancient wellness practices for modern times. Jessa has been a pivotal person in my life who has helped me through some of my darkest days. She’s helped me with a variety of cognitive techniques when I’m downward spiraling to be able to turn it around. We are teaming up to do a Zoom chat on Friday, April 3 at 12 pm MST to talk about self-leadership in uncertain times, with strategic information on how to stay clear, focused and effective. She’s going to go through techniques on how to soothe ourselves, as well as how we can ask meaningful questions to make a positive contribution to the world.Check out the link below or in my bio to sign-up for this free session. She will send a Zoom invite 15 minutes before the chat! https://clients.mindbodyonline.com/classic/ws?studioid=348871&stype=-103&sView=day&sLoc=0&sTrn=100000009&date=04/03/20
