With a little creativity and improvisation, you can get your sweat on anywhere. For the #LekiChallenge, I set up my poles and some leftover painter’s tape to do ladder exercises down my hallway. These exercises improve speed and agility. They were vital to getting my quad and leg firing quickly after ACL surgery. And they are just a lot of fun, especially when you're doing them to @lizzobeeating. You can set them up with painter’s tape in your hallway or with chalk outside. Here’s a sequence that’s great for a warm-up before weight-lifting, or just a fun way to get some extra energy out and challenge your coordination:1. In In Out Out2. Two Feet in Each Square3. Two feet in, two feet out4. One leg in and forward, one leg out and back5. In In Out Out Laterally6. Lateral Jumps In and Out7. Rob said I looked like a monkey doing number 4, so he tried, here’s his first attempt8. Here’s his second. Who did it better? There are so many variations you can try! Let's see your fast feet! Post your video and tag me, @leki.ski.outdoor, @lekiusa and #LekiChallenge! The challenge runs through April 24 for a chance to win LEKI poles and gear! Thanks for the inspiration @megan_dingman and @madisonnnrose
